✦ All the commisions are for personal use only, and cannot be used for profit unless commercial-use fee is paid.✦ I have all the rights to reject a commission.✦ Please, provide as many references as possible! Don't be shy! ❤✦ If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay a commercial fee, wich cost 150% or more depending of the scale of the commercial purpose and the work in question.COMMUNICATION
✦ If i require more details to proceed with the commission and the client is unable to respond, the commission will be delayed or canceled depending of the lack of response.PAYMENTS
✦ The price of the commission depend on the complexity of the artwork.
✦ Payment plans can be discussed with any problem!.REVISIONS
✦ The client will recive a sketch of the commission and have a total of 3 small changes, any other changes will have a extra fee.✦ Changes after the sketch is accepted are not allowed unless i missed details, but i'll provide any updates and color arrangements as you need.✦ If your Commission is Skeb Like, they won't be any kind of revisions!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ If you want your commission be a express delivery you need to pay a extra fee, the price of this fee will be calculated based on the complexity of the commission.✦ The delivery of any commission will depend of the complexity of the work. A deadline will set before payment, by proceeding with the payment you accept that you are aware and agree with the deadline.✦ A final version for approval will send to make small color value adjustments.✦ Once I share the final files the commission will be considered COMPLETE and changes will not be approved anymore.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my services.

✦ Using any artwork I create for training AI is fordiden in any form, and I guarantee not using it.REFUNDS
✦ I do NOT accept refunds.Filing a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
- Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
